What precautions should we take when cutting 304 stainless steel pipes? Here’s an introduction:
1. The stainless steel pipe should be laid horizontally, and the diameter direction should be parallel to the cutter. That is, the cutter should be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the pipe to ensure that the stainless steel pipe has a flat diameter.
2. Allow for margin, especially in mechanical cutting. The blade has a certain width. Only by leaving enough margin can the pipe length be sufficient and can the pipe opening be adjusted.
3. During mechanical cutting, manual lubrication should be performed continuously, and metal debris on the blade should be removed to avoid affecting the cutting effect.
