ASTM A554 Stainless Steel Round Tubing (Ornamental & Structural)

Precision Welded. Mirror & Satin Finish. Factory Direct from Foshan.

Standard Tubing, Exceptional Consistency.
For global buyers, “Quality” means consistency. Whether you are building architectural handrails or industrial machinery frames, you need tubes that look perfect and fit perfectly every time.
Vertex Tubes (Xiyouwo Factory) adheres to a strict “Zero Defect” philosophy. From sourcing prime TISCO/POSCO strips to final packing, we monitor every meter against our internal Quality Negative Incentive Standards. We don’t just sell tubes; we sell the assurance that your shipment will be free from “orange peel” surfaces or splitting welds.

Flawless Finish: 520# Mirror & Uniform Satin

The surface is the first thing your customers see. We don’t compromise.
Mirror Polish: We achieve a >520# Grit (600# capable) brightness. Our QC standard rejects any “orange peel”, white spots, or scratches visible from a 500mm distance.

Satin/Brushed: For architectural use, we offer uniform 180# / 240# / 320# satin finishes with consistent grain texture, perfect for hiding fingerprints in public spaces.

Strict Dimensional Control (Roundness & Length)

For assembly lines, tolerance issues cause downtime. We ensure your tubes fit perfectly.

True Thickness: We provide “Real Thickness” production (no hidden negative tolerances unless requested).

Roundness: Strict control on OD ovality ensures connectors fit snugly.

Length Precision: Our cutting tolerance is 0 / +5mm. No short tubes, meaning you don’t waste material re-cutting.

100% Penetration Welding (Gas Protected)

The weld is the heart of the tube. Our TIG/Plasma welding ensures structural integrity.

Full Penetration: We guarantee 100% weld penetration with no “false welding” or leaks.

Inner Seam Control: The inner weld is protected by nitrogen gas (white color, no rust) and strictly controlled to be smooth to the touch. We eliminate sharp “inverted triangle” protrusions, ensuring inner tubes or components can slide in without obstruction.

A: ASTM A554 is the standard for mechanical and ornamental tubing where surface quality, roundness, and strength are key. ASTM A269 usually implies seamless or welded tubing for general service or instrumentation. Vertex Tubes specializes in ASTM A554 welded tubing with superior surface finishes for aesthetic and structural use.

A: Yes. Market standards often allow a negative tolerance of up to 0.2mm. However, Vertex Tubes offers “Real Thickness” production. If you order 1.5mm, we deliver 1.5mm (tolerance ±0.03mm) to ensure your product weight and strength meet your design requirements.

A: We take packaging seriously. Each tube is individually sleeved in a protective plastic bag to prevent scratching. For bundles, we use woven bags and can provide wooden crates or metal frames for LCL shipments to ensure tubes arrive in perfect condition.

A: Yes. Every shipment from our Xiyouwo factory includes a full MTC showing chemical composition (Ni, Cr content) and mechanical properties, traceable to raw material suppliers like TISCO and POSCO.
