Stainless Steel Gas Grill Burner Tubes (OEM & Aftermarket)

Precision Punched. Engineered for the Perfect Blue Flame.

The Heart of a High-Performance Grill.
A grill is only as good as its burner. Whether you are an OEM brand manufacturing luxury grills or an aftermarket distributor looking for durable replacement parts, Vertex Tubes delivers consistency.
We specialize in 304 Stainless Steel Burner Tubes that withstand high heat, grease, and salt corrosion. Unlike cheap stamped burners, our tubes feature Precision CNC Punching to ensure uniform gas flow and a stable blue flame across the entire cooking surface.

Precision CNC Punching: The Secret to Blue Flames

Inconsistent holes mean uneven heat and yellow flames (soot).

Burr-Free Ports: We use high-speed CNC punching or laser cutting to create clean, burr-free ports. This ensures gas flows smoothly without turbulence, preventing “hot spots” on the grill.

Custom Patterns: We can replicate any hole pattern—round ports, slots, or cross-lighting holes—to match the BTU output requirements of your specific grill model.

Built to Last: 304 vs. 430 Steel

BBQ environments are harsh—high heat combined with salt marinades and grease.

Material Truth: While many competitors use cheap 430 (magnetic) steel that rusts in one season, we recommend ASTM 304 Stainless Steel. It resists intergranular corrosion and maintains structural integrity at high temperatures.

Salt Spray Test: Our burners are tested to withstand >96 hours of salt spray, making them ideal for coastal markets.

End Forming & Reverse Engineering

Don’t have a drawing? No problem.

Sample Duplication: Send us your old sample (even if it’s rusty). We can reverse-engineer the dimensions and create a new mold to reproduce it exactly.

Processing Ready: We handle all end-forming in-house, including Swaging (necking down for valves), Flattening (sealing ends), and installing Insect Screens (spider guards).

 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

A: Yes. We specialize in Reverse Engineering. Send us your physical sample (even if it’s old and rusty), and our engineering team will measure it, create a CAD drawing, and produce a precise replica.

A: 430 is a cheaper, magnetic stainless steel that holds up to heat but rusts quickly when exposed to moisture and salt. 304 is non-magnetic and contains Nickel, offering significantly better rust resistance and longevity, which justifies the slightly higher cost.

A: Yes. We can install the wire mesh screen at the air intake end of the burner. This is a crucial safety feature to prevent spiders/insects from nesting in the tube and blocking gas flow.
