Medical Grade Stainless Steel Tubing for Hospital Furniture

High Load Bearing. Corrosion Resistant. Built for Patient Safety.

The Backbone of Healthcare.
In a hospital environment, equipment failure is not an option. From ICU beds lifting heavy patients to wheelchairs navigating rough terrain, the structural tubing must offer absolute reliability.
Vertex Tubes supplies ASTM 304 Medical Grade tubing designed for high-stress applications. We prioritize Yield Strength and Surface Hygiene, ensuring your medical furniture is strong enough to carry the load and smooth enough to withstand daily chemical sterilization.

 Key Features

hygiene-chemical-resistance

High Strength Structure: Load Bearing

Hospital beds must support 250kg+ without bending.

Material Optimization: We optimize the mechanical properties (Yield Strength) of our 304 tubing to ensure bed frames and wheelchair chassis can support heavy patient loads without deformation.

Reliability: Tested for fatigue resistance to ensure years of reliable lifting operation.

Hygiene & Chemical Resistance

Hospital furniture is wiped with harsh chemicals daily.

Real 304: We strictly supply ASTM 304 (Ni > 8%). It withstands daily exposure to Chlorine, Betadine, and Alcohol disinfectants without rusting.

Clean Surface: The surface is polished smooth (Ra < 0.8μm) so bacteria have nowhere to hide.

Burr-Free Safety: Safe-to-Touch

In a medical setting, sharp edges are dangerous.

Deburring: All our cut-to-length tubes undergo strict deburring and chamfering.

Result: Smooth ends prevent injury to patients and medical staff during assembly or use.

A: For standard wards, 201 is acceptable. However, for ER, ICU, or Operating Rooms, we strongly recommend 304 to prevent rusting caused by frequent use of strong disinfectants.

A: Absolutely not. We guarantee “Safe-to-Touch” edges. Every tube is chamfered to protect patients and medical staff from cuts.

A: Yes. We have automatic cutting machines to provide precise lengths with ±0.5mm tolerance, ready for your welding robot.
