Inner Nitrogen Protection: Ensures fast cooling of weld seams; prevents high-temperature seams from contacting air to avoid oxidation (rust).
Online Infrared Inspection: Real-time detection to eliminate missed welds or sand holes.
Dimensional Monitoring: Strict control of roundness tolerance, diagonal tolerance, surface tolerance, and straightness (bending) tolerance.
Polishing & Satin Finishing: Fine polishing (4 passes) to achieve 600# brightness; Uniform satin brushing (Grit 180#, 240#, 320#).
Packaging: Individual packaging to prevent scratching. Options include: Gunny bags, Corrugated plastic sheets, Wooden crates, and Iron frames.
Warehousing & Shipping: Final quantity check, 100% product inspection including brightness and precision testing before delivery.
